Wedding Day Elegance and Elegant Limousine

Rented the limousine for a bachelor party. Working with Debra to coordinate the scheduling and finalizing the contract was super easy and low stress. The day of the event, our driver Marco was on time and the limo was in spotless condition. He was super flexible with our plans around town and helped facilitate a really fun night! Highly recommend Elegant Limousine!

We rented a limo for a wedding. Paid upfront, tip included by credit card so we didn't have to worry about it day of wedding, 1 hour $475, $100 deposit and balance to run day of wedding. Credit card was given. Wedding party was picked up at church and driven to reception, 3 miles. We proceeded to take wedding photos. Driver came back asking for payment, I told him it was taken care of. He said no it was not. I asked him to call, so he did. He stood on the side of yard while we took photos (awkward). He walked up "again" stating they did have payment but didnt include gratuity as he said he wasn't paid. I was very embarrassed because this was already done. My husband gave him the tip as he stood in front of us, then he finally left. Today I called to make sure we were not charged 2x. She stated it was their mix up however, my wedding guests should "not" have had to witness "all" of this. Also after speaking with the wedding party, they said the Driver was very short with them. Almost as if he were speaking to children on a school bus. I wish I had known as I would have done things differently.

Very easy and polite people to work with. I rented a handful of items for my wedding from them. The items were in great shape they are just nice people to work with. Made a wedding a bit less stressful.

Ordered a limo to ride around in for a bit for my Mom's Birthday. It was great to work with Elegant Limousines. Our driver Kevin, was such fun to ride around with. He took pictures of the group and everything! We had a blast. We will for sure call them again for our next event! Thank you!

Great service. The lady that helped us was very helpful and tried her best to pull dresses that fit the description I gave her for what I thought I wanted. The store is very organized and clean. I did not end up getting my dress there but do think people should check them out when looking. They had dresses that I did not think I would like, but ended up liking them, but they just didn't feel right for what I envisioned for my wedding. When I called the owner was the one that answered the phone and she was super friendly and made me want to go there and made me excited to check them out. She was also at the store and was just as friendly. I found a dress someplace else and they carry the same designer, they did their best to assist me to see if they could get a sample of that dress, but couldn't without a payment (so it didn't happen). Their customer service I would say is outstanding.
